SB Socks ERP

A full operations system for a hosiery unit: styles and yarn recipes, orders, lot-wise stores, knitting production, waste, sampling, and finance.

SB Socks ERP

Overview

SB Socks is a socks manufacturer. Its operations run on a Socks module I built inside OperationalHub, on the company's own database.

Styles carry their yarn recipes and accessories. Purchase orders calculate yarn requirement automatically, and the order book shows what has to be bought and made. The store works lot by lot — receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments, with a full ledger.

Production is entered per machine, operator, and shift, with knitting waste in kilograms and rejections in pairs, plus work-in-progress and floor yarn balance. Sampling follows a status flow until it becomes a style, and finance covers invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and receivable and payable ageing.
